Amazonas by Viverde - Special Package

	DAY BY DAY DESCRIPTION
1st. Day	Arriving in Manaus at Eduardo Gomes international airport, the hotel Juma offers courtesy of the transfer to the Hotel do Largo (A reasonable 3* hotel located in downtown, the 70m from Opera House). Remember that the day rates begins at 1 PM. Afternoon and evening free to know to city of Manaus. Don't miss the beginning of the night at the in Opera House square in front of the Opera House. Other interesting points deserving your attention are municipal market and surroundings, Bosque da Ciência (INPA), Natural Science Museum. In case you have time free, then also visit bars at Ponta Negra beach and Zoo of CIGS.
2nd. Day	Breakfast and check-out. Between 7AM and 7:15AM, wait for Juma Lodge guide at lobby of Hotel do Largo (maximum delay is 15 minutes, more than that please, call us). The trip takes three hours via speedboat, van and speedboat again. During your trip you might encounter some pink dolphins on the way and you will stop to see the amazing Meeting of the Waters, the spot where the muddy waters of the Solimões River and the black waters of the Negro River run side by side, without mixing, to form the great Amazonas River. Enjoy your first contact with the jungle and observe the giant water lily. At Juma Lodge, a welcome drink prepared with exotics fruits awaits you. During lunch, an Amazonian cuisine is then served. The afternoon activity is a reconnaissance tour through the igarapés (Amazonian creeks) and the igapós (flooded forest) in motorized canoes. Return to the Juma Lodge. At night, go out in a canoe ride to observe the night fauna and meet alligators, frogs and birds. Stay alert to the mysterious sounds of the forest and the starry sky (if the weather permits).
3rd. Day	Breakfast with typical fruits and regional food. Leave for a jungle hike. Once inside the Amazon Forest feel its charm and greatness. A lodge guide with great knowledge of the area leads all tours. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, we will go out fishing and learn more about the indigenous species of the Amazon (piranha, peacock bass). While enjoying the sunset, return to Juma. The fish you caught earlier, cooked the Amazon way, will complement dinner.
4th. Day	Early in the morning, we will leave for a sunrise excursion, witnessing the transformation of the dark water of the Juma River into a mirror and listening to the sights and sounds of the waking birds. Breakfast. Visit to the house of a local native to learn more about their fascinating culture. Lunch at the Juma Lodge. Travel on a paddle canoe, just like the locals, while contemplating the dense vegetation, the height and width of the trees, the bird´s and monkey´s sounds.
5th. Day	Breakfast. Return to Manaus, arriving at about 11:00 a.m. and then going to the hotel do Largo. Free afternoon and night.
6th. Day	Breakfast and free morning to continue the tour around Manaus downtown. Around 2:30 hours before your flight time, go back to the hotel and make the check-out. Take a taxi to the airport (transfer out is not included in the package). Remind you that the day rate at Hotel do Largo ends at noon, after that you will be charged in one more. *There is an option of using the two day rates at Hotel do Largo before Juma Lodge package, this way you can return back to the airport directly from Juma instead, with arrival in the airport foreseen to noon. This is an interesting option for those having flight in the first hours of the afternoon and in this case and only in this case the transfer Juma->Airport is included in the package). Per extra night per person at Hotel do Largo:
- Add R$ 150,00 for individual, R$ 90,00 in Double or R$ 70,00 in triple (breakfast included).

Package includes: : Package includes: Transfer Airport ->Hotel do Largo, Two (2) day rates at Hotel Do Largo (3*) breakfast inclusive, and 4 days / 3 nights at Juma Lodge (transfer Hotel do Largo->Juma->Hotel do Largo with safety and comfort conditions, boats covered to protect from Sun and life-jackets; accommodation and full board- except drinks and the excursions of the package.

Package DOES NOT include: Air-tickets to/from Manaus, tours in Manaus, travel insurance, carrier, tips, extra expenses, drinks at Juma and meals and drinks at hotel do Largo (only breakfast included), transfer Hotel do Largo->Airport and everything else not listed above as included.

Attention
Exclusiveto those having fligths arriving in Manaus in the afternoon of the first day and leaving in the afternoon of sixth day. (In case the fligth Schedule are not compatible consider extra night in Manaus).
The mentioned excurtions can be changed according to the weather conditions or stronger reasons, always aiming guests safety and satisfaction.
The payment is complete in advanced, due to credit card to the booking confirmation.
Luggage limit: 10kg per person. Use preferable non rigid suitcase. The if necessary leave extra luggage identified with the Juma driver to be stored in the Manaus office and returned in the transfer back with no additional costs).

Hotel do Largo
- The Hotel do Largo is located very close to the Largo São Sebastião, where you find the majestic Opera House, the Palácio da Justiça, Museums, Bars e Restaurants. The hotel offers 39 comfortable apartments, air-conditioned reception, conference rooms, wireless internet in all open areas of the hotel, parking area and a staff team trained to help. The Hotel do Largo 39 apartments are: 20 single or double apartments with two twin beds and 19 triple rooms with one double and one single bed. All box spring bed style. All apartments are equipped with silently air conditioned, cable TV set 20", safety box (charged), mini-bar, wardrobe, luggage table, bath room with hot/cold shower. The hotel offers Coffee Shop, wake up Service in the reception, Room service 24 hours, luggage storage, parking area (free) and Delivery service with variety of products.

Juma Lodge
Location: Juma River, approximately 100 Km far from Manaus.
Transfer: 3 hours in combined van, speedboat to cross the meeting of waters, van in BR319 highway and speed boat again.
Occupancy: 11 rooms and 12 Lake bungalows.
Description: The lodge is at the tree top highs (15 meters higher than water line in dry season), offering total privacy. The apartments are comfortable and have private bathroom, fan and balcony. The Juma was planned to be fully integrated into the jungle, providing a true Amazon experience to the guests. It is built on stilts, on the ground, on the banks of Juma Lake. The restaurant was also built on stilts and has an excellent view to the Lake. Meals are served in buffet style with regional cuisine.
