Environmental Responsibility
The Amazon Jungle Palace is accordingly with the environmental laws and strictly follows the sustainability principles, since the building up to the running. The process of organic sewage treatment of the organic tributaries will be carried through the conjunction of anaerobic modules, decanter, filter of burnishing and disinfection for UV. The enterprise followed the rules of a Environment Control Plan elaborated by a body of forest engineers and biologists, aiming at to diminish the impacts and to understand the place where it is installed.

Transfer from the airport or hotel to Tropical Hotel Pier in the Ponta Negra road. The guest can choose to go at 9:00 AM or 3 PM. Arrival in the Amazon Jungle Palace and accommodation. Recognition of the area and the opportunity to see the sunset. Tour to the alligator spotting. The guide takes guests into large canoes and with a flashlight focuses on the alligators eyes. There is opportunity to take some photos and get a close contact with those animals. During the tour, we will hear also sounds of birds and nocturnal animals of Amazon Forest. Overnight.
2nd. day
Breakfast. Hiking in the Amazonian forest. While walking through the forest, guests will know plants of different species, such as: medicinal plants, the insect repellent, the Amazon white Breu (Vegetal pitch), plants with giant leaves, trees used as phone by Indigenous, the various types of lianas and bromeliads. It is also possible to know the various types of natural forest environments such as Terra Firme, Várzea and the Igapós. Lunch. Afternoon, visit to the indigenous community with five ethnic groups. Beginning the visit by maloca (main building), where visitors are honored with a welcome dance ritual and an explanation of indigenous mythology about the origin of the world. Opportunity to purchase Indigenous handicrafts. Dinner and overnight.
3rd. day
Breakfast. Morning free, enjoy one of optional tours. Lunch. Canoe ride by Cumaru Island and fish the most famous and feared fish of Amazon: the piranha. Dinner. At night, the guide will lead guests to the lodge surroundings for night observation tour of the forest with the opportunity to feel the magic and charm of Amazon night. In jungle, hearing nightly sounds and experiencing the life in middle of the largest tropical forest. Overnight.
4th. day
Sunrise tour between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Opportunity to see the sunrise and birds singing. Breakfast. The guest can lave at 08:00 AM or at 2:00PM. Return to Manaus and transfer to the airport or hotel.
